Did I discover this after the package arrived?  Delaying the project while sending it back and waiting for the re-order? NO! Your company called to let me know that the blocks I ordered, did not fit the molding BEFORE SHIPPING.  I was offered the correct size and the woman on the phone took my credit card number and made the transaction for the difference while I waited. This common sense approach to customer service seems to be lacking in the few places that even attempt it anymore.  I can’t tell your brand of customer service means to me. Thank you so much.  My husband and I are excited to get our new molding hung by Christmas, and because of your diligent customer service will see it done.  You can rest assured we will recommend your company in the future to all our friends and associates, not just for outstanding material performance, but also for customer service.
